    • Orders placed before 12:00 PM local time will be ready for pick up same day!
    • Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time will be ready for pick up next day!
  • Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation
  • Once the store has received the order, you will receive an email notifying you that the store has received your order within 1-2 hours!


  • You will receive 2 e-mails, one when the store has received and is processing your order, and one once your order is ready for pick up

  • No, but you will be notified via e-mail once your package is ready for pick and you will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been placed and received by store
  • If you have not received your “ready for pick-up” confirmation email within 2 days from the date your order has been placed, please contact Customer Service here


  • We will hold your order for 5 days once we’ve sent you a ready for pick-up confirmation e-mail and 2 reminder emails and a final pick up email
    • If the order has not been picked up after 5 days,  your order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded in 1 - 2 business days

  • Your order could have been cancelled for multiple reasons:
    • Item was OOS in store
    • Payment Issues
    • Did Not Pick Up

  • If the store cannot locate or has sold out of the item you ordered, you will receive an order cancellation email as well as refunded payment in 1 - 2 business days

  • Yes, you have 1 hour after your order is placed to cancel 
  • Orders cannot be cancelled past that time and will need to be fulfilled and returned in store

  • Order Pick Up is located on the main or first floor of your Forever 21 location at the registers
  • Please wait in line and an associate will assist you

  • You can pick up your order during store open hours, which varies by store

  • For your protection, only the recipient listed on the package is authorized to pick-up the order.  You will need a valid photo ID along with your order confirmation at the time of pick-up

  • Bring your e-mail confirmation with the order number, along with a government issued photo ID. 

    • Driver’s License or ID Card 

    • Passport 

    • Military ID

  • You will be charged when the order is packed by our store associates and made available for pick-up

  • Items purchased that are eligible for returns are valid for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days from the fulfillment date. Refer to the current return policy for details.


  • While we cannot guarantee same day pick up due to potential high demand, orders placed before 12:00 PM local time may be available for same day pick up and orders placed after 12:00 PM local time will be available the next day

  • You should always wait for your order is ready for pick up email prior to visiting the store to pick up your order
