- No, but you will be notified via e-mail once your package is ready for pick and you will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been placed and received by store
- If you have not received your “ready for pick-up” confirmation email within 2 days from the date your order has been placed, please contact Customer Service here
- We will hold your order for 5 days once we’ve sent you a ready for pick-up confirmation e-mail and 2 reminder emails and a final pick up email
- If the order has not been picked up after 5 days, your order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded in 1 - 2 business days

- Did Not Pick Up

- If the store cannot locate or has sold out of the item you ordered, you will receive an order cancellation email as well as refunded payment in 1 - 2 business days
- Yes, you have 1 hour after your order is placed to cancel
- Orders cannot be cancelled past that time and will need to be fulfilled and returned in store
- Order Pick Up is located on the main or first floor of your Forever 21 location at the registers
- Please wait in line and an associate will assist you
- You can pick up your order during store open hours, which varies by store

- For your protection, only the recipient listed on the package is authorized to pick-up the order. You will need a valid photo ID along with your order confirmation at the time of pick-up

While we cannot guarantee same day pick up due to potential high demand, orders placed before 12:00 PM local time may be available for same day pick up and orders placed after 12:00 PM local time will be available the next day
